What:The Eau Gallie Arts districk holds its monthly First Friday Art Walk Event from 5:30 – 8:30 pm in downtown Eau Gallie. During the First Friday Art Walk, art studios, galleries, shops, boutiques, and restaurants in the Eau Gallie Arts District will remain open late for a free art walk featuring exhibition openings in art galleries and area artists in Eau Gallie Square.

Velveeta Underground

What: Sebastian Inlet State Park, 9700 S. Hwy A1A, continues its fall concert series with Velveeta Underground! Jim Wegman and Don Austin are Velveeta Underground who play a cultural catalogue of cover tunes that spans across the country with plenty of pitstops at the crossroad and along the slow curves. Their music intertwines classic rock, country, blues and folk on a journey through the past. All concerts are free, normal park admission charges apply. All concerts are sponsored by the Friends of Sebastian Inlet State Park. The concerts are from 7 to 9 PM. The concert stage is located on the south side of Sebastian Inlet. Fear and Folly at Foosaner Art Museum, Melbourne, FL, Features Goya and Castellon

On Memorial Day Weekend, May 28th and 29th, Brevard County will experience the pomp and pageantry of the Caribbean as BCASCA in partnership with Brevard County Parks and Recreation, presents the 13th annual Caribbean Jamboree at Palm Bay Regional Park. The FREE two-day family festival will include various sporting events as well as table games and children attractions. Professional performers including Chain Reaction (House band for Universal Studio), Caribbean Music Farm, Fiya Wuk Band, Ayaboumbe (Haitian Band), Orlando Power Star Steel Band will perform over the two day event. Patrons will experience amazing cultural performances such as the high flying Virgin Islands Stilt Dancers, the acrobatic fire eating performer, Prince Dragon, the Bahamian Junkanoo Revue with their high energy dance and musical performances deeply rooted in African traditions.
